Acceptance

By creating an account or using enderman.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up and do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian look at these terms with you.

Invite-only accounts

Accounts are invite-only. You are responsible for the activity on your handle, for keeping your password private, and for the links you publish. Invites can be revoked.

Acceptable use

Do not use enderman.co for any of the following:

• Illegal content or activity
• Harassment or threats
• Impersonation of another person or brand
• Spam
• Malware, phishing, or other harmful software
• Adult or NSFW content
• Hateful content

Your content and responsibility

You keep ownership of what you post. You promise you have the right to share it. You are responsible for your page, your links, and what happens when someone clicks them.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts at our discretion, including when these terms are broken or when a page puts other people at risk. A suspended account can show a public notice instead of the profile.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without a warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, enderman.co is not liable for lost data, lost clicks, downtime, or damages that come from using the site or from links on a page.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
